Born and raised in Milton Ontario, I have been a dancer since I was 3 years old and was lucky enough to have had a career travelling internationally and dancing on multiple Carnival Cruise Ships since 2011.
When the world stopped last year, I took it as a challenge to reinvent myself and start the next chapter of my life. I began creating 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts and sharing them through social media to motivate myself & others to focus on not only our physical health but also mental health during a challenging time.
I wanted to dive deeper into my passion for dance & fitness to create an even bigger community to connect with. This is when I became a certified Barre & AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor!
I am a beach loving, pina colada enthusiast who is inspired daily by the commitment this community makes to their physical & mental health. I'm here to support, guide, sweat & laugh with you - let's start #raisingthebarre together!
